Betty was born on May 18, 1937 and passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. Betty was a resident of Keyser, West Virginia at the time of passing. Betty graduated from Bruce High School, Class of 1955 and retired from Maryland State Highway Dept. The family will receive friends at the Markwood Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Funeral service immediately following viewing at 1:00 pm with the Reverend Shirley Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Potomac Memorial Garden Chapel, Keyser.
