Betty L. Richardson, age 96, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Akron, OH and Crawfordsville, IN. Passed away January 17, 2021. Member of High Street Christian Church in Akron, OH. Betty was an excellent homemaker, loved gardening and was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Survived by her daughter, Darcy (Jim) Arnold of Dublin; granddaughters, Ashley (Steve) Pennington of Upper Arlington and Angela (Brian) DeNoble of Powell; great-grandchildren, Grant and Elena Pennington, Adalyn and Alyssa DeNoble. Preceded in death by her husband of 64 years Jack, son Jerry Kitts, parents Clarence and Waunetta Steele and brother William Steele. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Saturday 1-2pm followed by a service at 2pm. Pastor Rick Nuzum, officiating. Additional service and interment Monday in Crawfordsville, IN. Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Assn. of Central Ohio.

Darcy and family, We are so sorry to read of the passing of Betty. We know of the sadness the last few years has brought and know the peace you must feel now that she is at rest.
