Betty was a customer of mine at Cob always a Smile on her Face ,will miss not seeing her Zooming In.Rest In Peace

Betty was very faithful to her church. She always brought a smile to many faces. She was very gifted in powerpoint presentations. She will be missed by many.

I went to high school with B Skinner. I always had fond memories of those times. She was a testament to the fact that you didn't need the perfect body, nor the eloquent speech to be a beautiful human being. She was the ray of sunshine that gave life to the world and all she touched. Heartfelt condolences to Family/Friends. Terry G.

Betty was a brilliant, outspoken, wonderful woman. It was a pleasure to know her and a shock to learn of this terrible tragedy. Rest in peace, Betty Skinner. We are so truly sorry.
