To Betty’s Family and Friends

Betty was a lovely and funny person, to have met, and to have worked with.
One of the most endearing memories is when Betty did not realize the PA system was on and she sung a whole Beetles tune. To everyone’s delight!
I am truly pleased to have known her. She will be greatly missed, but not with out a bit a humor mixed about and what a nice thing to have left behind.

I worked with Betty Jean at The Penfield Home Depot. At first, I thought Betty Jean didn't like me, but I quickly realized that she cared for me very much. I began to trust her, my guard fell, and I soon revered her. I always knew what to expect from her. She would always tell me how it was, in her stern voice. She always watched out for me. She was the eyes and ears of that store, and everyone knew it. Chatting with Betty Jean in the phone center was always thought provoking, and...

To the Family of the amazing Betty Jean, my deepest condolences.

I worked with Betty Jean at Home Depot for 5 1/2 years. We went from merely co-worker to a relationship that defies definition. .

She was my friend and a shoulder to cry on. She was my confidant and a source of sage advice. From everything from business, to love, from men, to child rearing (though sometimes they are the same thing;)), she always had time to listen, a story to tell, and wisdom to share. She was...

Dearest Cousins - I am so saddenened to hear of the passing of my dear cousin Betty Jean. We were stuck together like glue when we were young, she and I were inseparable, doing every thing together from watching the younger kids to talking about boys and what we were going to be when we grew up. We missed togetherness as we grew older, each going our separate ways but she was always in my heart and thoughts. I had the extreme joy of seeing her again during the last two family reunions and...

To Betty Jean's family: I had the pleasure of working with Betty Jean at the Home Depot since June 2005. I was a transfer from another store and on my first day at Penfield when she received an incoming call for me her page went out to the "IMA of lumber". Somehow I could not pick up the call and called Betty Jean to find out what happened. "Hi, my name is Barb and I'm the new IMA of lumber and I can't pick up that call." Betty Jean stated: "I know who you are, it looks like the call has...

I had the pleasure of knowing Betty Jean since 1989. We worked together at Scrantoms and then later at Home Depot in 2002. BJ had wisdom like no one I've ever known. Whenever she spoke, I wanted to hear everything she said. I learned a lot from her, and we laughed a lot too. She was a great lady and I will miss her terribly. There will be no one like her ever.I send my prayers and deepest sympathy to her family.

My heart goes out to all of the Spinelli family. I worked with Betty Jean seven years ago at Home Depot and I was saddened to hear that she had passed. She was a wonderful woman and the most selfless person I have ever known. She will be missed.

To Betty Jean's family-
Among all of my husband's wonderful cousins, Betty Jean was the one to make me laugh about something every time we talked. Through good times and bad times, she always maintained a positive attitude. She always pointed out the humorous side of any situation and taught me the importance of "not sweating the small stuff." Even as sick as she was last week in the hospital, she made me cry thru the tears.I will remember her words whenever emotion gets the best of me,...

Your cousin Bob and Laura will miss you BJ.... Carla, Carl, Christina, PatPam,Bob, Eddie, and Carol. Our heart, thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. What a wonderful person our BJ was. I will miss her, especially our long 3 & 4 hour talks on the phone. She was my best friend and Bob will never be the same.

God Bless all of you,

Love your cousin Laura and Bob Baker
