We knew your family when we briefly lived in Woodstown for two years during the early '60's. Your family then made the trip to Fairport, NY to visit us. We have a lasting momento of your visit. An apple tree with five varities of apples. This tree is still flourishing to this day. It is a constant reminder of the times our families were together. Dear Kathy, Lisa and Carol,
My deepest condolences on the loss of your mom. I remember her wit, her sense of adventure--e.g.,going on a dig for Maya ruins, taking us to the University of Penn musuem for movies--and her many kindnesses. If I ever write a story about a lady who wore purple sneakers, you'll know who I am talking about. It was really great having your family next door.
