Read MoreI have known Betty since I moved to Georgetown from Charleston when I was 14 yrs old. She sang in the choir with me at our Baptist Church and she was the most Faithful Christian I knew. She was a vital part of my high school years and was always there with a smile. What a neat lady. God has her by HIS side.

I have not known Miss Betty very long but for the past five weeks I have taken care of her, she has been very nice and humble. She does not talk very much, only when you ask her a question. To her family, just know that she's in a better place now and may God bless all of you. One of her caregivers.

I only met Ms. Betty once, and then it was for my job, but I was just enchanted with her and to hear the love you all have for her. I wish I had known her well, but just from that short time of meeting her, I could tell she was very, very special. You all are in my prayers. I do believe in my heart that she is with her brothers and now looking out for all the rest of her family. You will be in my prayers.
