My heart and prayers go out to Mrs. Betty's family and friends. My daughters and I knew her from Good Shepherd. She was such a great person, always made me laugh or smile when she could tell I was not having a great day. Boy, did she love her Tigers! We were quite surprised to read of Betty's demise. She was such a great person who loved and served her church well. Have missed her prior to our current health situation in Charleston and often wondered how she was getting on. A prior commitment prevents our attending the viewing scheduled for Thursday morning but did want to say "good bye" in this way since our conflict precludes a final goodbye in person. Comfort each other as you all go through this trying time. Peace.
