Beulah Rish Porter

I grew up at State Street Baptist and remember Mrs. Porter and her family well. She always had a smile and was a beautiful lady who was faithfully at church on Sunday as well as helping with other activities. Having lost my Mom two years ago and my brother, Sammy, five months ago, I know what a difficult time this is for you all. My prayers are with you and I send deepest sympathy in the passing of your loved one.

Harvey: Ann and I share our deepest sympathy in regards to "Dinks). Wish we could be with you, however Ann is not up to it at this time. We knew that she was having problems as Hugh and Virginia kept us posted. Give our regards to Dianne, also. Love John A. McManus

Dianne and Vance, We share your sorrow in the passing of your mom, Dianne, but rejoice in the life she led and the joy she brought to so many. The two of you have been so loyal in the past years in caring for Mrs. Porter. We know how heart-breaking it has been for you both to see her health deteriorate, but am so happy for her to have had such a loyal and faithful daughter and son-in-law. We will be unable to attend the visitation today, but we will see you Sunday at the funeral services....
