We were so saddened to hear of Muffie's death. she was a dear friend- gifted smart and with an unusual and fetching sense of rye humor. In the past several years we talked frequently- although she was not receiving in coming calls, she would call often and we talked about the old days which seemed more vivid than what was happening in the present.
