BEVERLY R. ANDERSON

Hello, I have been a telephone caller to my cousin Beverly Anderson for many years. I realized that the number not working might mean she had gone. Her Mother Grayce and my grandmother Gladys were twin sisters and survivors of the Halifax Explosion of 1917. I had visited Beverly and Phil in their home and we have gone to dinner in Boston years ago. I wanted to express my condolences to the children of her brother who passed away in 2016. I shall miss her Mass accent. I am sure her neighbours...

I grew up in the neighborhood and knew the family. My dad, Bruce Ostar at #31 is now the last of the original homeowners. His most recent phone call to Beverly was the beginning of Feb, after the snow storm. They were looking forward to better weather so they could meet outside to say hello. Our condolences to all.
