Beverly Lloyd "B.L." Bagwell

Mery, you don't know me, but my name is Mark Fields. B.L. and I were boyhood best of friends from the age of 8 until around the age of 18. We attended Gideon Baptist together and then graduated AHHS together. Then we just sort of lost touch with each other after graduation. I have many fond memories of my time spent with B.L. As it would happen, I had just started looking for B.L. a few weeks ago to visit with him again, and am saddened that I am too late. I am very sorry for your loss....

I was so privileged to get to know BL even for only a short time in the hospital. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time. BL told me all he really wanted was to go home. I'm so happy that he was able to be at home surrounded by his family when he crossed over. God bless the gift of his life here on earth and the memories he left here with us.
