Beverly A. Burkhart

I worked with Bev at the PP&L Training Center in 1971-72. She was a good friend.

I was so saddened to hear of Beverly's passing today, she was wonderful & kind person when I would come into the office to talk to her. Thank you Beverly for everything, we will miss you.

Bev was my best friend and neighbor when I was growing up. I'll forever remember her when I think back on my teen years. Swimming in the pool, grape juice and Charles Chips on the porch, marathon board games, canasta till we went in for dinner, croquet and badmitten, long walks with our coveted transistor radios held to our ears. Later, working at PPL and a member of my wedding party. Although we had lost touch, she was and will always be in my memories and heart. I am so sad to hear of...

I admired Beverly very much for her courage and wonderful sense of humor in the face of her affliction. I had hoped that she would rebound once more from this latest set-back, but it was not to be. I shall miss her when our support group comes together again. Therese Decker

We are very sorry to hear of Bev's passing. She was compassionate and will be missed.

So sad to hear of another loss of a classmate..my prayers go out to her sister, Carol...May God Bless you and comfort you at this time..

Memories of Bev include fabulous peanut butter cookies at Christmas, treating (no tricks) neighbors at Halloween, hot summer day beverages whilst mowing grass, and the warmest and wittiest cards during the year. Our mutual feline love and love of animals is one of many others. Too young, she is at peace.
