Not sure what to say?

Bev, and my mother, Leone Henry, weren’t apart very long. My mom joined her dear friend in heaven almost two years to the day of Beverly’s passing on October 9, 2013 at age 97. I’m certain they’re having a good time reminiscing about everything. They’re resting in peace, laughter and fun. Here’s to you both, ladies.

I have many wonderful memories of your beloved mom. She was always so kind to me, had a great laugh and a great heart. She was accepting and loving in every way. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. Diane Cornoyer

Beverly and I met 56 years ago at the Portland train station as our husbands were leaving for their Air Force assignments. She and I joined them in Kisarazu, Japan. (Bev always said it wasn't her plan to go to Japan but she couldn't say no when I decided to go.) I could not have made it without her. We had some great adventures in Tokyo and even in Kisarazu. Bev never had a bad thing to say about anyone. I was lucky to have such a great friend for so many years. Bernice Malone

I loved Beverly. She was always a welcome face when I went to the Nelson's pool, and she was such a positive force that I never knew she was ill. Our loss is definitely Heaven's gain. Charlene Choate
