Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry to hear of Marlene's passing; my thoughts and prayers go out to her family. She was such a wonderful, pleasant, kind and thoughtful lady and will be missed by many.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. I will love you and miss you always.

I first met Mrs. Cook when I was a sales rep coming to the cafeteria at Johnsonburg High School and later finding out her son was dating my cousin, Tina which they eventually married. This came about as me stating my Mother was originally from Burg. We had numerous conversations over the years. Last time I saw her and spoke with her was at Tina's Mother's passing. Mrs. Cook was a super nice, kind person and now she's in God's Loving Arms. My sympathy goes out to her family. RIP.

Marlene Cook, as we all knew her, was not "just" from Wilcox, she "IS" Wilcox. Throughout her life, as I knew her, she was everything Wilcox embodied and still does among many. She was gracious, loving, always smiling. Her children share that smile and graciousness. And, all who knew her, knew her laugh it was infectious and as light as sunbeams at dawn on a sultry summer morning.

Marlene was a friend of my mother’s and when she attended her funeral, we were going through an old...
