Dear Jane, As you you know, we shared the same Jewish Mother- you by blood and I by adoption. My eight years in Carmel were suffused with the love of a true parent and friend. Flowing out of Bev's heart was the never-ebbing flow of care, concern and devotion. Bev was my neighbor for 12 years..before I purchased my condo..she was my moms neighbor since 1982..we loved each other very much..I always knew Bev had my back..we had many laughs together..cried together..and gardened in our nightgowns together...often on a Sunday morning..she loved her cherry tree..and to honor you Bev..I will make sure it blooms from spring to spring..and will think of you when the pink buds begin to bloom...I was not at all ready to loose you...you were there for me...
