I had the pleasure to care for Beverly at hearthstone, I would always call her my little angel she is a person I will never forget Jesus light always shined through her sweet spirit & smile , my condolences to the amazing family-Uniqua the caregiver

Sweet Beverly was a warm and encouraging friend at Bible Study Fellowship. We shared a love of Cannon Beach. Her hospitality never failed to lift us up.

Lovely obituary..good job Helmer kids! I;m always sad to see the "Old Pdx" crowd leave us, but the memories are strong of the Helmer's--good memories, we shall honor their name and cherish their memory!

Your mom always had a smile on her face. Every time I saw her she radiated with Christ's love. She will be missed by many.

Beverly had a loving heart and her faith and many acts of friendship were always so natural and genuine. The Helmers and the McFarlands were friends for many years - going to the same church, schools, the MAC and sharing many friends and interests in common. Beverly will be greatly missed by many.

She was such a lovely lady! Some of my fondest childhood memories include Beverly. Camp Fire Girls, lunch in her warm kitchen and the famous Camp Namanu....Beverly is such to shine all of the time. My love to her entire family!!

A wonderful lady; a wonderful life. John and Beverly enriched so many lives. We were blessed to have known them.
