Not sure what to say?

We were fortunate to have known Bev, who was always friendly, positive, and supportive, through our membership in LCYC. We will miss her terribly. Bill, we pray that your many warm memories will sustain you in this time of great sadness.

To the family of Mrs. McCarthy, God has taken a true angel to heaven. I had Mrs. McCarthy as a teacher back in my junior year at HCHS back in 2002. She was an amazing individual and I contacted her several years later and she still remembered me. She had such a passion for math and people and found a lovely way to combine the two. She will be truly missed. My prayers are with you.

I never had the privilege of having Mrs. McCarthy as my teacher, but many of my classmates did, and all I have heard them talk about is how much of an impact she had on their lives. What a blessing that one person could teach, inspire, and impact so many. Condolences to her family, for they have lost someone who they loved dearly and can never be replaced. But I hope that they find comfort in the fact that she made such a difference in the lives of so many. How amazing! What a blessing! God...

Mrs. McCarthy,
You were the best teacher any student could ask for;you were patient, kind, and knew just how to talk to kids. You motivated everyone to be the best that they could be, a gift that few have. I will never forget the life lessons that you have taught me. Thank you for everything that you have done, you will be missed.

Bev, thanks for being a mentor during my first 6 years of teaching. You were truly a teacher that I aspired to be like. Thanks.

Bev,
You will be missed.
