Beverly J. SCHMIDT

I remember Preston and Beverly from the Mobile Home Park Owners Association; Preston and my grandfather, LaVere ( Porky) Portz ( Parkwood Mobile Court and Sales) were friends and were instrumental in helping write the existing guidelines and legislation for the parks. On behalf of the Portz/ Poirier/ Raping clan, I offer my condolences. May the arms of angels comfort you as you remember your mother/ grandmother.

Because I am homebound, I am thankful to be able to share a few thoughts with family. I met Bev over 70 yrs ago , before we became sister's in law. Since then I have many memories of Bob and I , Bev and Gene, our children, parents and family gatherings. Since I am almost 91 and on Hospice, I pray we will soon be sharing them in Heaven. Love Aunt Mickey.

Bev was always my best friend -- from High School in Flushing -- my Maid of Honor at my wedding in 1949 -- we had so many happy times together -- she will be missed dearly by all who knew her -- however, her remaining family will now have another angel to watch over them -- my loving warm thoughts and prayers are with you during these trying times.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Your mom and dad were strong supporters of Flint Twp. I remember so many fun get togethers and picnics with our parents and grandparents. Keeping you in my prayers.

Sadly missed. She babysit my Brother and I . We were nieghbors on Howald Ave. Take care Mark and Gena sorry for your loss. May see rest in peace. And God be withyou
