Beverly Thomas

A truly beautiful woman. I met Bev while teaching at NHS. Always had a smile and positive attitude. She will be remembered fondly.

This news greatly saddens me. I was just wondering about Beverly recently. I was Beverlys Dental Hygienist for many years and always enjoyed our conversations. We both got a good chuckle over the fact that "her Bill" was the same Bill I had as a patient many years before that in another office. I put the walks at Sherwood Island she spoke of together with other tidbits of conversation and asked Beverly.. "what is Bills last name" ...small world. Beverly was a wonderful person, so sweet...

Miss Thomas was my French tutor for a few months when I was in high school and intimidated by my classroom teacher. She helped me gain confidence, and I went on to earn A´s in French. I wish I had reconnected with her as an adult. She was brilliant and nurturing.

I recall Miss Thomas fondly and thought of her on my trips to France and Quebec. Condolences to her family and friends. Reposez en Paix.. Laurent

I had Miss Thomas for French class at both West Rocks and Norwalk High. She was an amazing teacher who left a lasting memory. Condolences to her family.

Mademoiselle Thomas was my French teacher at Norwalk High School. I think of her every time I hear someone speaking French. I will keep her family in my prayers.

Was so fortunate to have Beverly in the classroom next door when I began teaching in 1971 - master teacher, mentor, colleague, and most importantly friend.
