I met Bil in 1972 when I joined the crew of the Destroyer USS Claude V. Ricketts. We were Signalmen and Bil was patient and generous in my continued training in the field. We shared some good times in foreign ports and back in Norfolk. I´m glad to see he had an interesting life. My sincerest condolence to his family and friends.
