Bill Anthis was so kind and generous. We bought our home on Evergreen Lane from him and Pat. Had it not been for them buying the house from the buyer of our house we were leaving, the sale would not have been successful. We had many wonderful, happy years raising our 4 children on Evergreen Lane. I will forever be grateful to Bill and Pat. He was the best! Heartfelt sympathy to Pat and family.

I will always treasure my memories of Dr. Anthis. He hired me as a first year teacher in 1984, which started my long career of teaching at Arlington. He and his wife hosted a bridal shower for Scott and I, which started our happy marriage. He was a genuine leader who also passed on some great advice about retirement for me. Rest In Peace!❤

What a great man and educational leader for not only Fort Wayne, but all of Indiana. Bill was a strong voice for education at the General Assembly. You never questioned his motives, his knowledge, nor his answers. RIP Dr. Anthis and Godbless your soul.

We will all certainly miss our dear Illustrious Brother Bill, he was admired by many Masons throughout our Fraternities. So very sorry Pat and family for your loss.
