BILL was the Keynote speaker in Alton, Missouri May 19, 1971. My graduating class had 62 students. I met Mr. BILL again at a Democrat Dinner in Poplar Bluff 2017. He was still the kind Gentle Man I had met back in 1971. We did loose a good friend. God Be with the Family.
