Not sure what to say?

Bill was married to my cousin Rose Mary. I will always remember when I was a child and he worked for Fordyce Concrete Company how he would always stop and say hi to me and ask how I was doing whenever he saw me playing in our neighborhood. What a kind and thoughtful man he was.

Their are very few giants you will meet in life....I mean real giants.....Kim Clem is one of those...

Bill was a good friend and beloved co-worker at Fordyce Concrete Company. We had many good times and lots of mutual friends. He will be deeply missed.

A long struggle but a full life indeed. God Bless Bill's life and memory. And God Bless your family...

To the Family of Billy Clem,
We were sorry to hear of Billy's passing.
He blazed a trail in the NWBA for others to follow.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was so sad to hear about Billy! I have known him since 3rd grade when I started going to school with Kim and I would always call him "Daddy Clem". I loved going with him, Rosie and Kim down to City Market and eat lunch on Saturdays. He was such a sweet, great guy and had a great smile! He was someone that you always liked being around. He will certainly be missed! Thoughts and prayers to the entire Clem family!

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss of Bill. Bill was a beloved friend to my mother Louise Ballard Johnson and was always so very sweet to me. My condolences and prayers are with your family and the many friend's of Bill's. Bills bright light will forever shine in the many hearts he touched.

Marty & Debbie,
Sorry for your lost. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was a very nice guy, and a great athlete. I will miss seeing him play cards. Rest in Peace Bill.
