Bill Coughran

It was very sad to hear of the loss of Bill, or Mr. Coughran, as we called him when he first hired me at Juvenile Hall over 30 years ago. He was a very kind man who treated everyone with respect and compassion. I will always appreciate the opportunities he gave me and I would like to tell the family I am sorry for their loss.

Bill lead a blessed life on earth and I'm sure they needed his help in heaven or they would not of chosen him this early . What a leader too lite the path . rest in peace buddy. Larry Wymore

Nadine, Denise and family .. sending much love. Such a wonderful and gentle man ... not just grand in stature but grand in all that matters ... and a gentle soul. Hard to believe that someone bigger than life is gone. My heart and thoughts are with you all.

Bill will be remembered fondly by those that worked with him. A kind and generous man, a respected leader in juvenile justice, and a friend with a gracious spirit. Hope to see you on the other side....

I am forever grateful to this man. Bill hired me and mentored me while I worked with the youth in this county. He was a kind and gentle man. Today I am very sad because we lost a pure soul here on earth.
