Our Condolences To the Family of Bill Coutts - My husband, Peter Dyer, was in the Army Reserves with Bill was back in 1966-72. He has fond memories of the laughs he shared with him and always thought of Bill as a great guy. I am sorry I didn't ever know him; however, I was secretary to Bill's father at the General Electric in Lynn from 1966-1970.
