Bill was the biggest blessing that Don Pazny and Doug Main and I ever had! He was a giant angel in disguise as a rough guy and he helped me through my younger days as a tile rep.

What an awesome man you were. Had so many great conversations as well as good times. I will truly miss you and cherish the memories.my prayers go out to the family. God bless you all.

I met Bill in 1990 when I transferred to San .Diego. He always made my day with some comment about what was going on in the country, San Diego or whatever else was going on in the world . My wife Bette who bartended at Tate's used to call Bill my mentor because I usually agreed with him. An end to a good day to me was to have a couple of beers with Bill and hear his views on what was going on in the world.. Bill always shot from the hip and told it like is which in this day and age is rare....

Rest in Peace Bill!! You were my friend and someone who let me call you "Dad" I will miss you at The Legion. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family.
