I am saddened to hear of Bill's passing and sorry that I was not able to be there in Attica to help give some comfort and sympathy to his family. The Deck and Borst Families have a special place in my heart as the result of our friendship over the many years and will be cherished forever. Bill was a Great Guy who touched so many lives.

I so regret I will not be able to attend Bill"s Memorial Service...His service would be one I would certainly want to share in.
