Kay,Joel and other family members, I'm very sorry. I always said "Semper Fi" to Bill when I saw him often at the courthouse in Salisbury.

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I lived beside the Dovers several years in Faith. May God's Blessing be on Bill's family and love ones during this time.

Deepest condolences to Kay and family. Bill was a wonderful friend and brother. He served his community well. Rest in peace my friend.
