I would like to express my deepest condolences. Bill was a great man. He hired me to work for him when he was the Superintendent for the City of San Clemente in 1980. He taught me many valuble lessons dealing with Public Works. He always had a encouraging word for me when I needed it. He will be dearly missed by me. God Bless.
