Not sure what to say?

I only met Billy Ray once that I can remember while visiting my Dad (Richard Galloway) in Arkansas. They were first cousins. My Dad always spoke very highly of Billy Ray. He was a very nice & interesting man. My Dad is going to miss him dearly as well as his many family members & friends.

Bill will always be remembered as one of my favorite cousins. I will remember him for his smiles and his kindness. He was dearly loved by all his family and will be sorely missed.

Even though we only lived a few miles apart and didn't visit as often as we should have.

Bill was a devoted family member and friend and he will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Our love and prayers are with you at this time.
