Not sure what to say?

My heart felt condolences to Cheryl & the Jamison clan.

That smile of his really pierced me every time I saw Bill at one of the restaurant awards committee meetings. I remember running into the two of you in Paris at Benoit years ago, sitting happily on the red velvet banquette with a group you were leading around France. This is a guy who seemed at home everywhere. And until I read your beautiful tribute to Bill, I had no idea of the scope of his previous experience. What a life well lived. I know you will miss him terribly. I am so sorry.

Cheryl - I first knew about you and Bill when I worked with Lynn Rosetta Kasper on "The Splendid Table" at Minnesota Public Radio. 'So happy to know you here in New Mexico, too!! ...And so sad to hear of your loss. I'm sending the warmest thoughts and many hugs, Sherry Davis

My heart and prayers to out to the family. I am so very sorry to hear of Bill he was just such a sweetheart. He will be dearly missed.

We so enjoyed the many trips of Bill and Cheryl as guest chefs at Lake Austin Spa Resort. He will be greatly missed.

Don and I remember Bill's wonderful hospitality (and margaritas). He was a bright light and a real charmer. We were lucky to have known him. His loss is a blow to Santa Fe. Anne Hillerman and Don Strel

Cheryl and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Bill had such a great sense of humor in addition to being a wonderful writer and bbq-er.

Farewell old friend. Terry Melton

Bill, you will be missed by all your family and friends. We played LL Baseball together and I still remember all the good times. Your laugh was infectious even then. So happy that you and Cheryl were able to come to the TJ highschool 50th reunion, 5 years ago. Rest in peace , my friend.
