Bill Latham, age 76, of Russellville died Monday, August 1, 2016 at his home. He was born December 26, 1939 in Russellville to Andrew Jackson and Annie Mae Bone Latham. He was a member of Harmony Free Will Baptist Church where he was also a deacon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Grady Latham, Gladys Latham Allen and George R. Latham. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Cleta Craig Latham; a daughter and son-in-law, Billie and Rick Elliott of Russellville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Tammy Latham of Russellville and Ken and Beth Latham of Pottsville; four grandchildren and their spouses, Christopher and Hillary Elliott of Van Buren, Kevin and Kristen Elliott of Springdale, David and Cheldon Latham of Austin, Texas and Hannah Latham of Fayetteville; three brothers, Glen Latham, Brooks Latham and Bob Latham; a sister, Donella Benham; and three great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Lydia and Claire Elliott. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Harmony Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Darrell Barnes and the Rev. Beth Latham officiating. Burial will be in Old Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. Family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Craig Latham, Ken Latham, Rick Elliott, Christopher Elliott, Kevin Elliott and David Latham. Honorary pallbearer will be Hannah Latham.
