Not sure what to say?

I just found out last night on Bill's passing. I'm extremely saddened to hear this news. I met Bill in 1978 on the beach and worked out with him at Beach Street Gym and in 1980 worked with him as a Lifeguard. I will never forget all the great times fishing and surfing with him and Chris! My condolences to his family, Kandi, Miles, and friends.

I have just found out about Bill's passing. My condolences to the family. Bill and I went through the same Daytona Lifeguard class in 1977-78. Through the years as I went to the range we caught up and had numerous talks. One thing about Bill...he never changed! You knew exactly where you stood with him. I was proud to introduce my son, a US Marine, to him as a longtime friend. God Bless Bill...

My thoughts are with you, Kandi, Miles, John and Family. I am very sorry for your loss. You were all extremely important to Billy.
Billy was a large part of my life with Chris - colorful tales of fishing trips with Jack, lifeguarding and the range.
Through his tough veneer, we also saw the big heart Billy had!! Just about everyone can recall amazing stories of his tender heart.
I am saddened but I can't help but smile when I think pf Billy and Chris now - surfing and...

Bill would alway light up the room when he was around. We loved him so much for his sense of humor and the candor with which he would express himself. He lived life on his own terms, and we will miss him very much.

I am very sorry to hear that Bill passed and send my condolences to the family. May the peace that only God can give comfort you during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Billy. You will truly be missed, I always loved to chat with you when I went out for my occasional beer at the Festhaus and we would talk about your old lifeguard days with our friend Darrell Starling and how much we both loved his mom Paula.

Bill you will be so missed.
Much Love and Peace to all.
BILL ALIVE AND WELL IN THE SWELL!!

Rest In Peace , Bill

Bill was a humor of light when he walk into East Coast Gym Sarah and i became fond of Bill and his humor. I especially like his stories which I cant tell.Going to his home for the first time and seeing his remotes all line up in order his shoes all line up perfectly at the door made me laugh and when I left I had made my presence known.
