Read MoreWhat a wonderful guy. Billy and I and my brother (Bobby) played together behind Billy's housein a wooded area. We had the time of our lives as we hunted, camped out and played baseball. Billy was one of the best short- stops ever. Billy was best best friend to Bobby and I. He loved life and he was very good at any thing he attempted. I will forever remember his big friendly smile.
