Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Bill's passing in QST magazine. Sorry to hear so late, but wanted to send my condolences. I met Bill back in the 1970s when he lived in Knoxville, Arkansas. A friend and I rode to Little Rock with him once to a hamfest and had a great time. Seems like this was during the oil embargo days and we had to find a farmer with some diesel to get us back to Knoxville! He remained a great friend over the next 35+ years. 73, Mr. Bill....you will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Bill. I worked with Bill at ICM in OKC and Bill was sooooo much help to me. I wrote the company newsletter and he helped me with layout and publishing ideas and with designing our company mascot, Giggy, for Gigahertz. Bill's office was across the hall from mine and we had good chats. He was a talented man in many respects. Kristen Freeland (Colorado Springs)

Dad at work, circa 1975 or so.

My deepest condolences for the loss of your wonderful dad. He was so proud of Greg and Jim. I had the honor and pleasure of knowing him since the early 1980's and we communicated by e-mail off and on until about the past year.
Please pass my condolences on to Jim and the rest of your family. Bill was a special person and will be missed.

73's Bill. Will see you a little later...

I had the opportunity to work with Bill while he was at International Crystal Manufacturing Co. I always found him to have a great sense of humor that brightened my day. So sorry for your loss.

Bill was a close friend of my father, Omer sanders.,who passed away many years ago.
When he decided to paint only in watercolor, he gave me all of his oil paint supplies. I used them for many years!
He was a great guy and he will be missed. Paula sanders steel.

Bill and I worked together at CSPI in Oklahoma City for more than ten years and then he did Creative Design for me on the T.G.&Y. account for quite a number of years. I valued him as a friend for many years.
