Bill was one of the best, and I always enjoy visiting with him during our times to work together and when he came to In-Service training. Blessings to his Family, and I know he will be missed!

When I think of Bill, I remember that wonderful smile and huge heart. He & Sally were wonderful friends to my folks, Bill & Karen Rolcik. Bill was a great guy, a great patrolman and he and Sally raised 2 beautiful daughters. Sending much love & condolences to his family...

I remember the day one morning I was riding my motorcycle to school and just got pulled over by Sam and Rich on bill´s side of the south Cle Elum bridge and bill was heading to work and he came over the radio and told Sam and rich to keep an eye on that one because he might be wild enough to ride my motorcycle through their car. Anytime I saw him I would have that memory and smile and laugh!!! Ron Lanphere

Bill and I were friends since the first grade in Roslyn! He was like a big brother to me!! He was always available to help me in any projects that I had!!! Karen and I had many good times and many great trips with Bill and Sally plus many get togethers!! Bill was one of the smartest men I know!! Bills integrity could never be questioned!! Life will never be the same without him and I wont be able to just jump into my car anytime that I want and go up to see him!!

Bill was a brother to me, we shared almost 50 years together. He will be hard to replace.

Bill was one in a million. Jodie and I came to Cle elum in 1987. Bill took me under his wing introducing us to many of the life long residents of Cle elum . RIP 731.
