Karen and I offer our sincerest condolences to Jeff, Donna and the Oros Family. Your Dad was always so happy to see us when we came to shop, all of the way from Canada (LOL) and he especially made Karen feel completely at home during our visits. Bill was a great mentor, teacher, friend and a large part of my professional success during my years at Monarch/IPS. He will be sadly missed by all.
