Brother Bill, was by far the best teacher at Saint Paul’s, he taught those students who where lucky enough to have him to love English, especially the art of writing. I cannot tell you how much Brother Bill meant to students like myself, who before taking his English class did not care for English that much. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Brother Bill, a close personal friend and beloved teacher whose educating went far beyond the classroom and my high school years. He taught me many life lessons and acted as a mentor to me. He offered so much more than his responsibility encompassed and his generous personality and giant sense of humor demonstrated it in the best of ways.
