I knew Bill for over 40 years. He was a good man who cared about people and was always involved in life 100%.He loved bluegrass music as much or more than anyone I have ever known and he did a lot to promote it and expose people to it over the years. He always had a smile and a joke for anyone who needed it. My deepest sympathies to all of the family because we all will miss him and he definitely was one of a kind.
