Bill Rogers Phillips

I first met Bill when he was repairing cars with Jewel Walker. He was very kind to me and my family when my husband was away, giving me excellent car repair service and advice without making me feel that I did not know what I was doing! I saw him often in the community, eating his cooking, especially his fried fish and letting him drive me in the golf card at Mepkin Abby . He was a fine gentleman!
