Bill Pratt

Bill was born on September 7, 1927 and passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018. Bill was a resident of New Market, Iowa at the time of passing. Bill lived his entire life in the New Market and Siam areas, having attended country schools and then graduating from New Market High School in 1945. In November of that year, he joined the United States Army and served overseas in Austria, a country which he often fondly remembered for its beauty. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 5, 2018, in the funeral home with Pastor Dan Wiebesiek officiating. Burial and Military Rites will follow at Memory Cemetery in New Market, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the New Market Civic Club or to other New Market area places of your choice.
