Bill Roe passed away on February 28, 2020 in Seattle, Washington. The obituary was featured in The Seattle Times on March 15, 2020.
Bill and I were roommates at the Trak House as students at the UW and on the track team in the early '70s. I am saddened to hear of his death at such a "young" age. My condolences goes out to his family.
