What an honor to know the Stocker´s. Spencer Stocker, Bill´s dad, was my Scout leader. I met Tom and Bill as a Boy Scout and spent many days camping and hiking through Camp Perry with Bill. We were Altar Boys at OLS and grew our spiritual friendship there also. Bill was a leader and committed his life to better others that were less fortunate. I will never forget when Uncle Bill would randomly come to Austin, just to hang out with us and check in. Those visits where he told amazing stories were some of my favorites. I will also never forget hanging out with him and Aunt Salley on St. Patrick's Day 2017.

My condolences to Paul and the family. Bill was a really good guy. It was a pleasure to run into him and spend time talking. Made you laugh and always gave out good advice. They don't make them like they used to. Gonna miss you. R.I.P. my friend.
