Joe and Family, As a friend and workmate of Joe I never met his brother Bill. I heard alot about him and you could tell Joe had a love for his brother. May God give you peace and time will heal. Thinking of Joe and his family. Don Clark

My best memories are when we went to the Turch Christmas, held downstairs for the kids. As all the kids started to open gifts, the adults would come watch. Bill seemed so happy to watch his kids, and the others, open up a couple gifts. Great Christmas Gathering! He will be forever missed!

You will always be in hearts and never forgotten!
Thank you for being the BEST father-in-law EVER!!!!

Dear Mickey, Tom, Tara & the Turch Family,
I am so terribly saddened with the passing of Bill. It was such an unexpected loss and another reminder that there is a greater power than even the love of family that decides when we leave this life & grace the gates of Heaven. I pray for God to give you His strength & His loving grace during this difficult time. I also pray for peace & comfort for all of you in the love & memories you shared with Bill.
God Bless

Joe and I spent our summer vacations fishing with Bill and Mick. He got so tickled when he caught a big fish. Bill, we will miss you so much.
