To the Watts Family
Bill will be truly missed by all the people at nms. Who is going to call us in the middle of the night disguising his voice and asking silly questions. I always heard from the bosses how good a guy bill was so I am glad I was able to meet him in San Antonio a few years ago. He is a great guy. god bless you all as you go through this truly difficult time.

Dear Margaret, Jamie, Jessica and Landrum,
When I heard about Bill's home going on Wednesday, I was deeply saddened. I know he had been sick on and off for so long. I will miss him and his phone calls. he was a wonderful blessing to our family and a very special cousin. We all loved him dearly. We will continue to pray for each of you as you go through the weeks and months ahead. I know it will be difficult, but know that your Tennessee cousins love you and are praying for you.

If you never had the chance of being around Bill you missed a experience. Bill was not only concerned about his family (who he loved very much!) he was concerned about everyone else. Bill would always call and leave a message on my answering machine, if we were not home and it would always turn a blue day into a...
