Bill Allen Williams

Words cannot adequately express my sorrow at Bill's passing. He was a friend and an "Uncle" for over 50 years to my siblings and me, a true friend to my parents. Family for us all. Bill was a great guy and will be missed. He was always smiling and filled the room with his love of life. His generousity, his friendship, his laughter will be missed from our lives. A finer, gentler, man I have never known. My condolences to Jean, Deb, and the rest of the family.

Bill as a friend and mentor has left spot in hundreds of young Air Force members hearts. He was one of the most memorable people I have ever known, he made all that knew him love him. His skill at managing people to help them succeed has helped so very many. I, personally will miss Bill's smile and his laugh. Rest well ole Friend. May God continue to look over Jean's shoulder and be there for her.. We Love You both very much.

Bill and Jean were Air Force "parents" to all of us assigned the 62FMS Survival Equipment Shop at McChord AFB. Bill was a teacher, friend and mentor. He "walked-the-walk" in the true spirit of creating an Air Force family. Bill influenced the lives of everyone he came in contact with.

We enjoyed knowing Bill and especially liked his very own brand of humor. It was dry and you never knew when it was coming. We were fortunate to have been able to enjoy hours of being with Bill and Jean when he was feeling better and we will miss him. Caroline and Norm Nielsen
