Not sure what to say?

I loved my mother with all of my heart and being. I sincerely appreciate your kind words and memories.
Love,
Cody Thompson

Billie was one of the kindest and dearest friends anyone could have. She always made you feel welcome and such a joy to visit.

She was a blessing to work with on the Medlin Cemetery Board. She did so much for the Medlin Cemetery that people do not realize the dedication and hard work she put forth. Billie’s knowledge of the Cemetery can not be replaced.

Most of all she was one of my dearest friends and will be deeply missed. Any one could not ask for a better...

I loved Miss Billie, and was always so glad to get to be around her. She and Mr. Gene were both very special people and will be missed. Praying that the Lord will comfort your hearts...

Cody, Christa, and Courtnery --
We are so sorry for the loss of your mom and grandmother. What a special person she was to you all. There was evidence all over her house today of her love for you all as I stayed there today with Brock and Ava. Pictures everywhere of her loved ones - refrigerator magnets of her great grandchildren - her Bible. Her home was so comfortable to be in. Her life story was told within her house today to me. Also, her sweet neighbors truly loved her and...

I was so sorry to learn of Billie's passing. We were co-workers in the District Clerk's office during the 70s. We worked side by side at the File Desk, and she was so much fun. I was young and a little wild, and Billie always covered for me when I was late getting back from lunch. She was a beautiful lady, inside and out, and I know her family will miss her very much.

Cody and Family,
Your Mom was a special creation by God and sent here for a brief period to learn and to touch lives. She accomplished her job beautifully and has now returned home to where it all began.
There are so many memories, where does one begin? We look back at the photos of Aunt Billie, your Dad, my Mom and Dad in Galveston when you were just a baby, and we all laugh at the fun times they all had over the years. All the fun times we had all over the dairy. You, Linda and I...

We loved Billie, and enjoyed many happy moments in our Sunday School Class at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church.
Jim (Mr. Mt.Gilead) and Deanna Burleson

I too worked with Billie in the District Clerks office. I remember one time having a rubber band fight with her in the office, several people joined in but I think Billie was the one who started it! She was so much fun to be around...always made me laugh. My condolenses to her family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family, and we are so sorry for your loss. We pray that the peace of the Lord will provide comfort during this most difficult time.

With sympathy and love ~
