So sorry to hear of your passing. I will always remember your visits to my classroom, sharing stories and fun activities. You touched the lives of many children.

I had the pleasure of meeting Billy Dawn on several occasions through my aunt, Ann Bragg. She was always so engaging and welcoming every time I was lucky enough to cross her path. Her smile could light up a room! I was so saddened to hear of her passing but have no doubt she is smiling down proudly over her legacy. Wishing you lots of love and wonderful memories as you celebrate her amazing life.

Hello Howell family from Richmond. I´m afraid that I will have to send my condolences from here as I won´t be able to join you tonight or tomorrow for your celebration of Billie Dawn´s life. I worked with Billie Dawn at East Salem Elementary and considered her my friend. She was a caring , pleasant co-worker. As librarian and reading teacher, we shared many of the same goals. I have pleasant memories of some of our antics. I send caring thoughts to you, her family.
