I was saddened to come across this obituary about Billie Miller. I've known the family for many years as I was growing up. Regis, Billie and Regis Jr were all fine people and it's very sad to me to know they have all passed on.

To the family of Billie Miller, my deepest sympathy on your loss of a dear and kind person. I lived in Avalon in the 1950s on Florence Avenue two houses from Billie. I visited her apartment and remember her husband and her adorable son, Reggie. I also had the pleasure of knowing her baby sister, Patsy, when she came to Avalon from Oklahoma upon her graduation.
