Mrs. Winston C.Power Jr. Winston and I (Nancy) always enjoyed Cecil and Billie so very much. Cecil came to Winston's grave side service. My first thought was how much Winston would have enjoyed seeing him and visiting with him. They were great buddies. Billie was a friend to my mother at the retirement home. She died in February at 92. I spent the last ten years of my parents life as care giver to them in their home.
